By agreeing to these conditions you certify that the person booking this room is 21 years of age or older. The Inn may not be suitable for children under 10 years of age. Please contact us if you have specific questions.
Deposit
We collect a one night deposit to hold the guest room and the remaining balance will be charged the day of arrival.
Check-in / Check-out
In lieu of keys, we issue each guest a unique access code to grant entry to the Inn and guest room(s) (HINT! Your code is the last 4 digits of your phone number!) Access codes will be active starting at 4pm on your arrival date and will expire at 11am on the day you are set to depart unless prior arrangements have been made. There’s no front desk or check in process so skip the waiting and get settled into your room upon your arrival! All rooms are clearly labeled for your convenience.
Please contact us with special requests for early check in or late check out and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled with more than 72 hours notice will be fully refunded to the card provided at time of booking (this may not apply to full house buyouts where other terms were agreed upon). All cancellations requested within 72 hours of check in are non-refundable. With so much uncertainty surrounding Covid 19 - we highly recommend looking into purchasing travelers insurance!
Caffeine Fix
While we don’t serve breakfast at the Inn we encourage our guests to take advantage of the many exceptional culinary options the Seacoast has to offer! See our list of recommendations. We do provide light snack options along with coffee, organic White Heron teas, filtered water (feel free to bring your re-usable bottle!) juice & ice—all available 24/7 in the main lobbies.
“Inside” Voices
In terms of noise, please be courteous of your fellow guests as well as our Water Street neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am. We ask that you do not gather in common spaces during of this time in a way that might disturb your fellow guests. Excessive exterior noise is not permitted.
Parking
Parking is included in the cost of your reservation! One car per room booked is allowed. We have 7 off street spots, with street parking available for any overflow.
Damages
All of our guest rooms are smoke free. Please abstain from lighting candles or incense as any smoke may trigger the fire alarm system. Pets are not allowed with the exception of registered service animals. If these conditions are not met you may be asked to leave the inn and/or pay a fee to cover additional costs of cleaning or damages.
Taxes & Fees
All rates are subject to a 9% Maine State Lodging Tax which will be clearly displayed at time of checkout. Gratuities are not included (with the exception of buyouts) but greatly appreciated by our housekeeping staff! Any damages beyond normal room wear & tear are subject to fees.
Pets
Pets are not permitted on property. While we love our pets, not all of our guests feel the same way. If a pet is in your possession and/or in your room without the consent from a member of our staff, there is a $250 mandatory cleaning fee and the pet must be removed from the property. Service animals are permitted on property by law. Service animals have been trained to perform a specific job or task to assist with a disability. Emotional support animals are not service animals per the ADA as they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task to assist someone with a disability.
